What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
When you rent a car from us for a trip to Oman, you are covered by comprehensive insurance (CDW) included in the price. This means that if you have an accident or the car is damaged, you are not left to handle it alone. We will guide you through the claims process and help you get back on the road.
Remember that driving to Oman requires a separate permit and separate insurance, which is not included in our standard rental. We can arrange this for you, but you must inform us at the time of booking. Without it, you cannot cross the border legally.

Please note that off-road driving is prohibited by the rental agreement. If you plan to go into the desert, do so with a tour operator, not in a rental car. Violating this can void your insurance.
How It Works, Step by Step
Renting a car for your Oman trip is straightforward. Start by choosing a car from our 82 available options. You can filter by type, seats, fuel, or daily rate. Once you pick a car, book online or call us to confirm availability.
We deliver cars 24/7 across Dubai, including Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International (DWC). When we hand over the keys, we will check your documents. For residents: Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. For tourists: passport with visa or entry stamp, a valid home licence, and an International Driving Permit if your licence is not in Latin script.
We will also take a security deposit on your card. The deposit is held and released after the rental, provided there are no extra charges. We will explain the mileage policy: 250 km per day is included; extra kilometres are charged.
Before you leave, we will give you all the necessary paperwork for crossing into Oman. This includes the separate insurance and permit. You can then drive to Oman via the Hatta border, which is about a 1.5-hour drive from Dubai.

Our prices start at AED 55 per day for an economy car like the Kia Picanto or Hyundai Grand i10. Weekly rates start from AED 330, and monthly from AED 1155. For longer trips, we offer models with different seat counts—from 2-seaters to 13-seater vans—and fuel types: petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric.
All prices are in UAE Dirhams. VAT of 5% is shown separately on your invoice. The comprehensive insurance (CDW) is included in the price, so you won’t pay extra for basic coverage.
You will need to pay for the separate Oman permit and insurance, which is not included. This cost depends on the duration of your stay and the car type. We will inform you of the exact amount before you book.
