The city rules that matter to a Range Rover driver are the low-emission zone, the paid parking zones and the toll-free motorway along the coast.

ZBE València and the DGT sticker on your Range Rover

ZBE València (Zona de Bajas Emisiones) covers 27.8 km² inside Ronda Nord, the avenidas de Tarongers and Serradora, and Bulevard Sud. In the first stage, from 01.12.2025 to 31.12.2026, restrictions apply only to cars without a sticker (category A) registered outside the province of Valencia; category A means petrol cars registered before 2001 and diesel before 2006. Ask us which sticker each car carries before you plan a route through the centre.

Where to park a Range Rover near the centre

• Zona azul centro y ensanches: Ciutat Vella, L'Eixample and Extramurs, maximum 2 hours, 1.00 EUR for 60 minutes and 1.70 EUR for 120 minutes.
• Zona azul resto ciudad: the rest of the city, same 2-hour cap, cheaper at 0.80 EUR for 60 minutes.
• Zona naranja: mixed resident-and-rotation zones, 2.10 EUR for 60 minutes for non-residents, with hours set by district.

The naranja hours differ by district — Ciutat Vella runs Monday to Friday 9:00–20:00, Ruzafa, El Botànic and La Roqueta 9:00–19:00, and everywhere Saturday 9:00–15:00. Outside those hours the bay belongs to residents, so do not leave the car there overnight.

The AP-7 and day-trip roads out of the city

The AP-7 (Autopista del Mediterráneo) has been toll-free since 01.01.2020 on the Salou–Alicante stretch, which released 373.8 km of motorway, so Dénia, Calp, Benidorm and Peñíscola are reached without a péage. Inside the city, V-21 (acceso a Valencia) and V-30 (vía rápida urbana) carry fixed speed cameras, and the general limits are 120 km/h on autopista and autovía, 90 km/h on a carretera convencional and 30 km/h on a city street with one lane each way.
