Airport Drop-off (IST and SAW)

We meet renters at two airports on both sides of the Bosphorus. Istanbul Airport (IST) is on the European side, in the Arnavutköy area; Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) is on the Asian side, in Pendik. The distance between them takes an hour and a half, so we clarify where the car will be delivered during booking. Car delivery takes 15-20 minutes: we check the documents, inspect the body with you, and record the condition in a report. You don't need to look for a transfer or taxi after your flight; exit the terminal, and the Fiat will be waiting for you in the parking lot.

Hotel and neighborhood delivery

If you are staying at a hotel or rented an apartment, we deliver the car to your address in any district such as Şişli, Beşiktaş, Kadıköy, Fatih, Bakırköy, or Başakşehir. We agree on the delivery time in advance so you don't wait at check-in. It is more convenient for city guests than going to the rental office: as soon as you settle in, you can head to the Beşiktaş shore or the supermarket. Hotel delivery follows the same procedure as at the airport: a full inspection and contract signing are done on site. When returning the car, we also pick it up from a location convenient for you.

• Delivery at IST: We meet you at the airport on the European side, in Arnavutköy - 30-40 minutes to the center.
• Delivery to SAW: We bring you to the airport on the Asian side, in Pendik — about an hour from Beşiktaş.

Required Documents

• Passport: The original document with a visa stamp upon entry into Turkey is required — the stamp is placed at passport control at the airport.
• Driver's license: National driver's licenses are accepted provided they are valid and contain Latin letters.
• International Driving Permit (IDP): If the driver's license is not in the Latin alphabet — for example, Arabic, Georgian, or Japanese — this document is mandatory.
• Credit card: The card must be in the main driver's name – the temporary security deposit is charged to this card.
• Residence: Not required for tourists; the hotel or apartment address where we will deliver the vehicle is sufficient.

Credit Card and Age Requirement

Credit card is mandatory: bank cards and cash are not accepted for the insurance deposit. The card must belong to the Visa or Mastercard payment system and must have sufficient limit — the block amount is stated in the contract and varies by model. For the manual transmission Egea Hatchback, the threshold is lower compared to the automatic Egea Cross; we will inform you of the exact figures in the booking confirmation.

Age conditions align with standard practices in the Turkish market: the minimum age for economy models is 21, and for higher classes it ranges between 23 and 25. Driving experience also increases with the vehicle class: for the Egea Doblo, a commercial van, at least two years of experience is required. If a second driver will use the car, their documents must be presented during the arrangement—adding a person after the contract is signed is more difficult and may require re-verification of the card.
