Weekly and monthly rates

The multiplier is applied to the daily rate of the model you choose, not to a class average, so the figure follows the model and the number of days you book. For a three-day campaign, we would still quote the daily rate — the weekly multiplier only starts to pay off once the car is with you for a full week.

Deposit, excess and delivery fees

Status in a frame comes from proportions and ride height rather than from price, so a seven-seat BMW X7 can carry a formal shot that a two-seat coupé cannot.

Call before the car is dispatched and we re-route it to the new address; the deposit, the excess and any delivery fee stay as they are set out in the rental agreement. What we cannot do is move a vehicle that is already standing at the first location while the crew is waiting on it — so confirm the address the evening before, not on the morning of the shoot.

When the car is in place

Tell the manager how many shooting days you have before you choose the car — the same budget buys a different class at three days than at one.

Gran Vía and the streets around Centro give you dense architecture, shopfront light and reflected neon — the kind of frame where a low, wide car reads best. Traffic here moves slowly, so a car can hold a position for a shot without breaking the rhythm of the street. Our customers shooting in Centro usually book the car for the morning, when the light comes down the avenue at an angle instead of flattening the facade at midday. Parking is the real constraint rather than the drive: the SER zona azul (blue zone) allows a maximum of 4 hours, the zona verde (green zone) 2 hours, and both run 09:00–21:00 on weekdays and 09:00–15:00 on Saturdays. Plan the shoot around a single paid bay instead of circling.

Barrio de Salamanca and the northern districts

Barrio de Salamanca and the wide residential streets toward Las Tablas and Alcobendas give clean, uncluttered backgrounds — stone facades, low hedges, long sightlines, and far fewer pedestrians crossing the frame than in Centro. For anything that needs a formal, architectural backdrop — a launch image, a lookbook cover — this is the part of the city where we see the fewest interruptions per hour of shooting.
