Metrovalencia lines 3 and 5 connect the terminal to the centre in roughly 15 minutes, which is the practical route if part of the crew arrives separately. Licence: what is valid in Spain

• EU/EEA licences: valid in Spain as they stand, for as long as they have not expired — no international permit needed.
• Non-EU licences: valid for driving as a visitor; DGT recommends getting an International Driving Permit before the trip and carrying it with your passport and your national licence.
• Licences not in Spanish: valid either with an official sworn Spanish translation, or if issued on the Annex 9 Geneva or Annex 6 Vienna model.
• International Driving Permit: a supporting document only — it is shown together with your passport and national licence, never on its own.
• Residents: six months after you take up ordinary residence in Spain, a third-country licence stops being valid and must be exchanged.
