How office-free car rental works — hotel and airport delivery

There is no physical office at Rent-Trip; the rental process begins with the car being delivered to you. This model lets you take the keys the moment you land in the city or at your hotel's door. All transactions are completed by bringing the car to your location.

Your vehicle is delivered to any point in the city.

Vehicle delivery is made throughout Istanbul, including Şişli, Beşiktaş, Beyoğlu, and Bakırköy on the European side, and Kadıköy, Üsküdar, and Ataşehir on the Asian side. During reservation, simply provide your hotel address or your current location; our staff brings the vehicle to your door at the specified time. At delivery, the contract is signed, the vehicle is inspected together, and you keep the keys. This process is shorter than looking for a rental office at the airport; average delivery takes 20-30 minutes. When returning the vehicle, you can leave it at the designated point in the same way; if you are near the airport on the way back, you can return it there.

Delivery at Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)

Both of the city's airports are covered by delivery: Istanbul Airport (IST, Arnavutköy) on the European side and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW, Pendik) on the Asian side.
