One rate covers both Jeeps: €34 per day, whatever the model, engine or gearbox. There is no premium for the hybrid Renegade over the petrol Avenger, and the price is set by how many days you keep the car.

Hiring a Jeep here starts at €34 per day, with a week from €204 and a month from €714. The longer rates are simple multiples: a week is six days charged, a month is twenty-one, so keeping the car for seven days costs less than paying day by day. On a fourteen-day booking that difference is worth €68 against the daily rate, and on a three-week trip it is €102 — the sort of margin that decides how long you keep the car.

What the price includes and what is agreed at booking
The car comes with a full tank, and the deposit, excess, delivery fees and any discounts are set out in the rental agreement. Ask for each of them in the same conversation:
- Deposit: the amount held as security, set out in the rental agreement.
- Excess: your share of liability if the car comes back damaged, printed in the rental agreement.
- Discounts: set out in the rental agreement, before you confirm.
Two lines deserve attention beyond the daily rate: the excess and the fuel. The tank is full when the Jeep reaches you and full when it goes back; anything short of that is charged as set out in the agreement.

We hand the Jeep over where you are, not at a rental desk. The hand-over is arranged around your address and your time, not around a depot on the edge of town.
Delivery to any address in the city
We deliver the car to any address in Valencia, so the first thing you do on arrival is settle the delivery slot agreed with a manager when you book. If your plans move, tell us before the hand-over day rather than on it: a delivery slot is a person's working morning, and moving it late is harder than moving it early.
Meeting the Jeep at the airport
We also deliver to Valencia Airport (VLC), with the meeting point, date and time agreed with a manager before the booking is fixed.
Full-to-full fuel and the state of the car
The car comes with a full tank, and it must go back with a full tank — the full-to-full policy, lleno-lleno in Spanish. Anything else is charged as set out in the rental agreement.
- Fuel in: the Jeep is handed over with a full tank, so the first fuel stop is your decision, not ours.
- Fuel out: return it full; the missing fuel and a refuelling service fee are then charged as set out in the rental agreement.
- Condition: walk round the car with the person who delivers it and agree on what is already there before you drive off.

Driving a rental Jeep in Valencia and local rules
The city's low-emission zone, its paid kerbside parking and the motorway tolls around it are the three things that decide how much a Jeep actually costs you to run.
ZBE València and what it means for a rental Jeep
ZBE València (Zona de Bajas Emisiones) covers 27.8 km² inside Ronda Nord, the avenidas de Tarongers and Serradora, and Bulevard Sud, and it only restricts cars without a DGT sticker — category A, meaning petrol registered before 2001 and diesel before 2006. The rollout is staged: from 01.12.2025 to 31.12.2026 the restriction catches only category A vehicles registered outside the province of Valencia, through 2027 those registered outside the city, and from 01.01.2028 every category A car including residents'.
Parking in the city: zona azul, zona naranja, zona verde
- Zona azul centro y ensanches: Ciutat Vella, L'Eixample and Extramurs, maximum 2 hours, €1.00 for 60 minutes and €1.70 for 120, in 5-minute steps.
- Zona azul resto ciudad: the same 2-hour cap further out, cheaper at €0.80 for 60 minutes and €1.50 for 120.
- Zona naranja: mixed resident-and-rotation bays, non-residents pay €2.10 for 60 minutes and €3.30 for 120, only within set rotation hours, Saturday included.
- Zona verde: residents with a permit only — €86.20 per 12 months on the resident tariff.
- Payment apps: ElParking (run by EYSA) and Telpark, both usable from a phone at the kerb.
Parking meters in the blue zones run Monday to Saturday, 09:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00.
Tolls and motorways around Valencia
The AP-7 (Autopista del Mediterráneo) between Salou, Tarragona and Alicante has been toll-free since 01.01.2020, when the Aumar concession ended — 373.8 km released, which means trips to Dénia, Calp, Benidorm and Peñíscola from Valencia cost nothing in péage. What does cost you is fuel: Gasolina 95 E5 averaged €1.978 a litre across 62 filling stations in the municipality of València, with a median of €2.039 and a low of €1.74. On the V-21 (acceso a Valencia) and the V-30 (vía rápida urbana) there are fixed speed cameras, so the motorway saving is easy to give back in one fine. Fill up away from the city ring before you join the AP-7 — the spread between the cheapest and dearest pumps in the province is wide enough to notice over a full tank.

A Jeep earns its keep once you leave the city. The AP-7 (Autopista del Mediterráneo) has been toll-free since 01.01.2020, when the Aumar concession ended and 373.8 km were released — so Dénia, Calp, Benidorm and Peñíscola are all reachable without a péage. The V-21 and V-30 carry fixed speed cameras on the urban approach, so keep to the posted limit until you are clear of the ring.
Routes that suit each Jeep

Gasolina 95 E5 averaged €1.978 per litre across 62 stations in the municipality of València in our latest check, with a median of €2.039; across the wider province the average over 602 stations was €1.915. The same survey found a minimum of €1.74 and a maximum of €2.089 in the municipality alone.
In August, hotel nights reach 129% of the monthly average — 529,229 nights, of which 382,749 by foreign visitors — and July reaches 118%, so aim for the shoulder months if you can.
And on any longer loop, remember the ZBE València rules apply to the zone inside Ronda Nord, avenidas de Tarongers and Serradora and Bulevard Sud: a rental car with a Spanish plate and a DGT sticker (B, C, ECO or 0) is not affected, since only category A vehicles are restricted. Check the sticker before you set off, not after.
Documents, fuel and rules for a rental Jeep

Which licences Spain accepts
- EU/EEA licences: valid in Spain exactly as issued, for as long as they have not expired — nothing extra to carry.
- Licences from outside the EU/EEA: valid for driving as a visitor; once you take up ordinary residence in Spain they hold for six months, after which they must be exchanged.
- Licences not in Spanish: accepted only with an official sworn translation into Spanish, or if they follow the model of Annex 9 of the Geneva Convention or Annex 6 of the Vienna Convention.
- International Driving Permit: an extra document, never a replacement — it is shown together with your passport and your national licence, and it runs for one year.

What the law expects on the road
Speed limits run at 120 km/h on autopista and autovía, 90 km/h on an ordinary out-of-town road, and 30 km/h on a city street with one lane in each direction. Alcohol limits are 0.25 mg/l of breath for most drivers and 0.15 mg/l for anyone in their first two years; above 0.60 mg/l it stops being a traffic fine and becomes a criminal offence. Holding a phone costs €200 and six points, and a child under 135 cm needs a child seat — the driver answers for that one. Fines carry a 50% discount if paid within 20 calendar days.
The ZBE question, answered plainly
A Jeep with Spanish plates and a DGT environmental sticker — B, C, ECO or 0 — falls outside the ZBE València restrictions, because the ordinance only targets category A vehicles: petrol registered before 2001 and diesel before 2006. The cleanest way to think about it is that the sticker, not the driver, decides. If you are weighing a longer stay, the zone phases in gradually, so a car that is fine this season is not automatically fine in three years' time. Ask us to confirm the sticker on your specific Jeep when you book.
