- Built-up areas: 80 km/h across the city and other municipal areas.
- Outside built-up areas: 90 km/h on ordinary roads once you leave the city limits.
- Expressways: 110 km/h on the EXAT network, 100 km/h on elevated sections.
- Signs override everything: a posted limit always beats the default, and on Motorway 7 the 120 km/h cap applies to the Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model Y just as it does to any other passenger car.

Rain, range and the right foot
The city's Low Emission Zone only targets vehicles with six or more wheels on high-PM2.5 days, so a passenger EV is not affected. Plan charging around your day rather than your day around charging.
