Economy Class: 16 Models for City and Short Business Meetings

The economy class includes 16 models, and daily prices range from 1,600 to 1,900 TL including VAT. Fiat Egea Hatchback (1,600 TL/day, petrol, manual), Renault Clio (1,650 TL/day, petrol, automatic), and Hyundai i20 (1,750 TL/day, petrol, automatic) are the most preferred models in city traffic. For those seeking a diesel option, Fiat Egea Sedan (1,700 TL/day, 1.6 L, 130 hp) and Peugeot 301 (1,650 TL/day, 1.5 L, 102 hp) offer a more economical alternative for long distances. With hybrid technology, the Toyota Yaris (1,900 TL/day, 1.5 L, 116 hp) stands out for companies looking to reduce fuel costs. All vehicles in this class have 4 or 5 seats and are ideal for short meetings in business centers such as Beşiktaş, Şişli, and Kadıköy. The Hyundai i10 (1,600 TL/day, 4 seats) provides a parking advantage on narrow streets. Practical tip: For daily city use under 100 km, models with a manual transmission are sufficient; the automatic transmission difference only matters for field teams spending hours in heavy traffic.

The Comfort class consists of models that represent corporate image during client visits; prices are between 1,950–2,600 TL/day including VAT. The Toyota Corolla Hybrid (2,200 TL/day, 1.8 L, 140 hp) stands out in long-distance programs with its low fuel consumption, while the Honda Civic Hybrid (2,600 TL/day, 2.0 L, 184 hp) offers a more powerful driving experience. Diesel options include the Renault Megane Sedan (2,100 TL/day, 1.5 L, 115 hp) and Volkswagen Passat (3,200 TL/day, 2.0 L, 150 hp); with the Passat, one transitions to the Sedan class. In this upper segment, the Toyota Camry Hybrid (3,600 TL/day, 2.5 L, 218 hp) and Škoda Superb (3,300 TL/day, 2.0 L, 150 hp) are preferred for executive transfers and prestige-requiring events. All Sedan models seat 5 and have significantly larger luggage capacities compared to the Economy class. Expert note: In weekly rental, the daily rate is calculated over six days; for example, for a Toyota Corolla, the weekly amount comes to 13,200 TL, while for monthly use it becomes 46,200 TL based on 21 days.

SUV and Crossover: Executive Transfers and Out-of-Town Programs

The SUV and Crossover class offers a high driving position and spacious interior for out-of-town programs and executive transfers. The Dacia Duster (2,200 TL/day, diesel, manual, 1.5 L, 115 hp) provides fuel economy on medium-distance routes like Sapanca or Bursa; the Opel Mokka (2,100 TL/day, petrol, automatic, 1.2 L, 130 hp) combines city use with comfort in the compact crossover segment. The Fiat Egea Cross (2,050 TL/day, petrol, automatic, 1.5 L, 130 hp) offers an SUV look at a level close to the Economy class price. All vehicles in this class have 5 seats, and thanks to their raised suspensions, they provide a comfortable ride even on rough roads in areas like Ataşehir and Ümraniye on the Asian side of the city. The rental agreement explicitly prohibits off-road or rough-terrain use of these vehicles; use is limited to paved roads. A — Economy Class — 16 Models for In-City and Short Business Meetings

The economy class is the segment we most prefer for daily operations and short business meetings — it constitutes the largest group in the fleet with 16 models, and daily prices start from 1,600 TRY including VAT. Maneuverability in city traffic, easy parking on narrow streets, and low fuel consumption make this class the backbone of corporate use. On Rent-Trip, most vehicles in this segment have automatic transmission; for teams preferring manual, the Fiat Egea Hatchback and Dacia Sandero options are available.

For internal field teams, a diesel Peugeot 301 or Fiat Egea Sedan significantly reduces fuel costs on long daily tours; with its 1.6 L engine and 130 hp, the Egea Sedan offers a comfortable ride on the highway at around TRY 1,700/day. The hybrid Toyota Yaris, on the other hand, is a sensible alternative for executive drivers in stop-and-go traffic—its 1.5 L engine produces 116 hp and, combined with an automatic transmission, significantly balances fuel consumption in the city. When considering a diesel option, review your daily mileage plan; on short trips the advantage of petrol models becomes more pronounced.

B — Comfort and Sedan Classes — For Long Drives and Client Visits

Comfort and upper sedan classes include vehicles that represent corporate reputation on long journeys and customer visits. In the Rent-Trip fleet, this segment includes 19 models from the Toyota Corolla to the Volkswagen Passat; daily prices vary between 1,950 TL and 3,600 TL including VAT.

Comfort Class: Hybrid and Diesel Options

This class consists of models that combine fuel economy with comfort for business trips. The Toyota Corolla Hybrid, with its 1.8 L engine and 140 hp, offers low consumption in city traffic at a price of 2,200 TL/day; the Renault Megane Sedan Diesel Automatic provides an advantage on long distances at 2,100 TL/day. The Ford Focus is listed at 2,400 TL, the Opel Astra at 2,250 TL, the Hyundai Elantra at 2,200 TL, and the Honda Civic Hybrid at 2,600 TL/day. On intercity routes, diesel models consume 30-40% less fuel than petrol alternatives; for weekly rentals, the package costing 12,600 TL, which is six times the daily rate, is advantageous for routes like Sapanca that take 2 hours.

Sedan Class: High-Level Business Meetings

The sedan class offers large luggage capacity and rear-seat comfort for executive transfers and formal client meetings. The Volkswagen Passat Diesel at 3,200 TL, Škoda Superb at 3,300 TL, Toyota Camry Hybrid at 3,600 TL, and Honda Accord Hybrid at 3,400 TL/day are positioned in the premium segment. In these cars, 2.0 L engines produce 150–218 hp; automatic transmission is standard. For long-distance comfort, 5-seat capacity and over 500 L of luggage volume are sufficient for a day trip from Istanbul to Bursa via the Osmangazi Bridge. In this class, age and driving experience requirements are higher than in the economy class; specific conditions are stated in the contract.

C — SUV and Crossover — Executive Transfers and Out-of-Town Programs

The SUV and crossover segment is represented in corporate rental by two models for executive transfers and out-of-town programs: the Dacia Duster and the Opel Mokka. Both seat 5; the Duster can be rented from 2,200 TL per day with diesel and manual transmission, and the Mokka from 2,100 TL with petrol and automatic. In the Rent-Trip fleet, these two models correspond to 13,200 TL and 12,600 TL respectively for a weekly rental (weekly = daily × 6). With their ground clearance and compact bodies, these vehicles also eliminate parking problems in heavy traffic on both the European and Asian sides of the metropolis.

With its 1.5 L diesel engine and 115 hp, the Dacia Duster offers fuel advantages on long-distance routes; it is possible to plan round trips with one tank for trips to Sapanca (about 2 hours) and to Bursa via the Osmangazi Bridge. The Opel Mokka, with its 1.2 L petrol engine and 130 hp, provides automatic transmission comfort for executive transfers within the city; in daily schedules between Beşiktaş, Levent, and Maslak, you can proceed without the hassle of a manual gearbox in heavy traffic. Both models are priced including VAT, and the vehicle is delivered to the address you specify — including hotels or Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW).

For out-of-town itineraries, an HGS tag is required for bridge and highway tolls; Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge costs 110 TL, Osmangazi Bridge costs 1,170 TL, and these fees are deducted from the vehicle's HGS balance. When choosing this class, we recommend clarifying the route the vehicle will be used on—over a weekly period, the diesel advantage of the Duster creates a fuel cost difference of about 150-200 TL compared to the automatic comfort of the Mokka.

Corporate Rental Prices and Payment Terms

In corporate car rental, the price clearly varies by class and duration; at Rent-Trip all prices are quoted including VAT and start from 1,600 TL per day. The main advantage for companies is that the daily unit price decreases on weekly and monthly rates. Payment terms are clarified with the main driver's credit card and the contract terms.

Daily, Weekly and Monthly Tariffs: Prices Including VAT

• VAT-included price: All amounts on the list include 20% VAT; no additional tax is calculated.
• Weekly rate: calculated by multiplying the daily rate by 6, with the 7th day applied at a discount.
• Monthly rate: calculated by multiplying the daily rate by 21; for long-term projects, the unit cost drops significantly.
• Fuel and gearbox: Petrol, Diesel, Hybrid, and Electric options are available in the same price list with manual or automatic transmission.

Payment and Security: Credit Card and Contract Terms

During reservation, a credit card issued in the main driver's name is required; this card is used for the security deposit amount determined in the contract. The security block is valid from the moment the car is delivered until its return and is released if no violations occur during use. The rental fee is collected before delivery; additional charges—such as late return or additional driver designation—are applied only if explicitly stated in the contract. For companies, when a corporate agreement is signed, the billing period and payment term are determined by mutual agreement of the parties; these conditions differ from standard individual rental. No deductions are made that are not specified in the contract; all security conditions, including the deposit amount, mileage limit, and details of insurance coverage, are written in the rental agreement. The Rent-Trip operations team prepares the car completely before delivery and reviews the contract terms with the driver.

A — Daily, Weekly and Monthly Rates — VAT-Inclusive Prices

In corporate car rental, the price is calculated in three different ways depending on the rental period: daily, weekly, and monthly. On Rent-Trip, daily rates start from 1,600 TL, weekly rental is calculated on the basis of six days of the daily rate (for example, 1,600 TL × 6 = 9,600 TL), and monthly rental is calculated on the basis of 21 days (33,600 TL). All prices include VAT.

Daily Rates: From Economy Class to SUV

Weekly and Monthly Rental: The Daily Rate Decreases in the Long Term

The weekly rate is calculated on six days of the daily fee: a Fiat Egea Sedan at 1,700 TL/day would have a weekly total of 10,200 TL and a monthly total of 35,700 TL. In monthly rental, 21 days are taken as the basis; thus, in 30 days of use including weekends, an advantage of effectively 7-9 days' fee arises. For companies, this model is the most frequently chosen option for staff housing or project-based field work.

• Daily rental: Suitable for 1-6 days for in-city meetings and short-term needs.
• Weekly rental: Ideal for programs of 7-20 days, including fairs, congresses, and site visits.
• Monthly rental: 21 days and over reduces costs for temporary assignments and long-term projects.

Payment Terms and Invoice

For corporate accounts, payment is made with a credit card issued in the main driver's name; the security block and deposit amount are specified in the contract. The invoice is issued at the end of the rental period according to the company details, and VAT is shown separately. For monthly rentals, companies may request periodic invoicing instead of a one-time payment — in that case, the payment plan is included in the rental agreement, and a credit card is still required at delivery.

B — Payment and Guarantee — Credit Card and Contract Terms

In corporate rentals, payment is made according to daily, weekly, or monthly rates depending on the rental duration; all prices include VAT, and a credit card issued in the main driver's name must be presented before the vehicle is delivered.

Security deposit: A security deposit is made from the credit card in the main driver's own name for the duration of the rental. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle class and rental duration; the exact figure is set out in the agreement. The deposit is released upon return of the card after the vehicle is returned in full.

Contract terms: The rental agreement is reviewed and signed by both parties before delivery. The contract clearly states the daily mileage limit, additional driver conditions, fuel policy, and procedures to be followed in case of possible damage. Compulsory traffic insurance is legally valid for every vehicle registered in Turkey; any coverage beyond that is specified in the contract.

Since we don't have a physical office, the payment and contract process is completed at the point of delivery — whether at your hotel, workplace, or IST or SAW airport. The Rent-Trip operations team brings the vehicle to the specified address and finalizes the contract and credit card transactions with you right there. The company invoice is issued at the end of the rental period and sent by email.

Payment plan: For the daily rate, payment is taken in one installment at delivery. For weekly rentals, the weekly amount is charged; for monthly rentals, the monthly amount is charged; the weekly price is calculated as six times the daily rate, and the monthly price as twenty-one days. For long-term rentals, the daily cost drops significantly — for example, an Economy-class vehicle with a daily rate of 1,600 TL corresponds to 33,600 TL on a monthly rental. Payment terms and any rates applicable in the event of early return are set out in the contract; we recommend reviewing these clauses before renting.

Required Documents for Corporate Car Rental

The documentation process in corporate rental varies depending on the vehicle class and the driver's nationality; at Rent-Trip, all documents are submitted digitally before the contract is signed, and only the originals are checked at delivery.

Required Documents for Companies and Sole Proprietorships

• Tax plate: A document with a current date confirms the company's legal entity and authorized signature circular.
• Signature circular: It shows the authority of the person picking up the car to sign the contract on behalf of the company.
• Identity of the company officer: An ID card or passport is presented at the time of delivery.
• Authorization certificate: If the driver is an employee of the company, a written document including the authorization to use the vehicle is presented.
• Corporate email: It is recorded as the official communication channel through which the contract and invoice will be sent.

Passport and License Requirements for Foreign Nationals Driving

For foreign company officials and executives visiting offices in Turkey, the document set consists of four items: passport, entry stamp, driver's license, and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if not issued in the Latin alphabet. The entry stamp in the passport proves presence in the country on the date of car delivery; for visitors from visa-exempt countries, this stamp alone is sufficient. A credit card issued in the main driver's name is required for the security deposit, and as the vehicle class increases, so do the age and driving experience requirements.
