ZBE València (Zona de Bajas Emisiones) covers 27.8 km² inside Ronda Nord, the avenidas de Tarongers and Serradora, and Bulevard Sud, and runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Stage one, from 01.12.2025 to 31.12.2026, restricts only category A cars — petrol registered before 2001 and diesel before 2006 — that are registered outside the province of Valencia. From 01.01.2027 the same restriction extends to category A cars registered outside the city, and from 01.01.2028 it covers every category A car, residents included.

Parking: zona azul, zona naranja and the ORA meter
