Hourly car rental prices are calculated based on the daily rate, and all 87 cars in the list are offered at prices ranging from 1,600 to 15,000 TL, VAT included. The main factors determining the price at Rent-Trip are the car class, transmission type, and fuel type; an economy-class Fiat Egea Hatchback starts at 1,600 TL/day, while a Toyota Camry Hybrid in the sedan segment is around 3,600 TL/day. As the rental period extends, the daily cost decreases: the weekly rate is calculated as six times the daily rate, and the monthly rate as twenty-one times.

Daily Price Range and VAT

In Rent-Trip's hourly rental fleet, daily prices start from 1,600 TL and go up to 15,000 TL in the SUV and upper sedan classes; all prices are VAT included, so no extra tax is added at payment. In the economy class, the Dacia Sandero, Hyundai i10, and Fiat Egea Hatchback are the most affordable options on the list at 1,600 TL/day; the automatic Renault Clio is positioned at 1,650 TL, and the Hyundai i20 at 1,750 TL/day. The hybrid Toyota Yaris, at 1,900 TL/day, is one of the best-equipped members of the economy class. Differences of 50–100 TL occur between diesel and petrol versions of the same model; for example, the diesel Fiat Egea Sedan is 1,700 TL, while the petrol Renault Taliant is also at 1,700 TL/day. Daily rental prices represent the highest per-day rate compared to weekly tariffs.

Weekly and Monthly Rates

In weekly and monthly rentals, the cost per day is significantly lower than the daily rate; this difference directly affects your budget in long-term needs. At Rent-Trip, the same rate applies regardless of the delivery point — whether you pick up at Istanbul Airport or at a hotel in Kadıköy, the price does not change. When planning the rental period, calculate your actual need: while the daily rate is sufficient for a one-day business in the city, the weekly rate saves per day in a one-week holiday plan. A — Daily Price Range and VAT

On our hourly car rental page, daily prices range from 1,600 TL to 15,000 TL; all these prices include VAT, and we offer a total of 87 car options. The main factors determining the price are the car class, fuel type, and transmission preference; for example, a Fiat Egea Hatchback in Economy class starts from 1,600 TL/day, while a Toyota Camry Hybrid in the Sedan class is around 3,600 TL/day. VIP and special vehicles at the top of the list can go up to 15,000 TL/day; for these vehicles, age and driving experience requirements are also higher. Since the VAT rate in Turkey is 20%, you do not pay any additional tax on top of the figures you see in the list.

For short-term rentals, the daily rate alone makes sense, but if you'll use the car for a week or longer, weekly and monthly rates come into play. The weekly rental is calculated as 6 times the daily rate, and the monthly rental as 21 times the daily rate; thus, compared to the daily price, you get a one-day advantage on a weekly rental and a nine-day advantage on a monthly rental. These discounted rates are a popular option, especially for foreign guests staying in the city for a month or longer. When comparing prices, looking only at the daily rate can be misleading; an automatic transmission vehicle is 50-200 TL more expensive per day than a manual one, and a diesel or hybrid model is more expensive than a petrol one. On the other hand, since diesel and hybrid vehicles provide fuel savings over long distances, the total cost may balance out on out-of-town routes such as Şile or Sapanca. Our recommendation is to estimate your daily mileage before renting and choose the fuel type accordingly; this way, you avoid unnecessary spending on both the rental fee and fuel.

B — Weekly and Monthly Tariffs

On weekly and monthly rentals, the daily rate decreases: the weekly calculation is based on 6 times the daily rate, and the monthly calculation on 21 times it. In Rent-Trip's fleet of 87 vehicles, this tariff applies to all models, from Economy class to the SUV segment, and the amounts include VAT.

Weekly rental: calculated as the daily rate × 6 days. For example, a Fiat Egea Hatchback with a daily rate of 1,600 TL amounts to 9,600 TL per week. In the weekly period, a one-day rate advantage arises; for holiday plans, business trips, and out-of-town routes, this calculation clarifies the budget. For monthly rentals, the multiplier drops to 21 days: a vehicle with a daily rate of 1,600 TL can be rented for 33,600 TL per month. For long-term needs, the advantage of the daily rate becomes evident.

On weekly and monthly rates, prices vary by vehicle class; since the daily rate for SUV and Sedan models ranges between 2,100–3,600 TL, the weekly amount starts from 12,600 TL. Following the same logic, a higher-segment vehicle like a Toyota Camry can be rented monthly for 75,600 TL. These amounts include VAT and are separate from the security deposit and delivery conditions specified in the agreement; the deposit and mileage limit are set out in the rental agreement. Delivery to your hotel or any point in the city incurs no extra fee on weekly and monthly rates; this advantage protects your budget on long-term rentals.

Economy Class Popular Models

All 17 models in the economy class have 5 seats; only the Hyundai i10 offers 4 seats. In this class, the number of automatic vehicles is significantly higher than manual: 12 of the 17 models have automatic transmission. The hybrid engine option is only available on the Toyota Yaris; for those who want diesel, the Fiat Egea Sedan (1,700 TL/day) and Peugeot 301 (1,650 TL/day) stand out.

Comfort, Sedan and SUV Options

• Comfort class: Toyota Corolla 2,200 TL, Honda Civic 2,600 TL and Volkswagen Golf 2,500 TL can be rented daily; all are automatic transmission.
• Sedan class: Volkswagen Passat 3,200 TL, Toyota Camry 3,600 TL and Škoda Superb 3,300 TL are offered starting from these prices; hybrid options are also available.

All sedan-class models seat 5; 7-, 8- and 9-seat vehicles fall into a separate category. In the comfort class, there are three hybrid models: Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic and Toyota Camry. For those planning long distances, diesel models — Renault Megane Sedan, Volkswagen Passat and Peugeot 508 — are advantageous in terms of fuel consumption.

Automatic Transmission and Hybrid Options

The Fiat Egea Sedan is the diesel version of the same body: with a 1.6 L engine, 130 hp, and a price of TRY 1,700/day, it offers low fuel consumption for long-distance use. The Renault Taliant, also at TRY 1,700/day, is a petrol-automatic sedan alternative; for those prioritizing luggage space, it can be considered alongside the Egea Sedan. The Hyundai i10, with its 4-seat layout and 1.0 L engine, is sufficient for two-person city trips at TRY 1,600/day.

In the economy class, manual transmission is only available on the Fiat Egea Hatchback, Dacia Sandero, and Peugeot 301; the remaining 13 models are automatic. The only hybrid option is the Toyota Yaris, which sits at the top of the segment at 1,900 TL/day. Those planning an intercity trip will find fuel consumption more predictable in these cars with engine displacements of 1.5 L and above. Hybrid versions — Corolla, Civic — operate more economically than their petrol counterparts, especially in stop-and-go traffic.

Sedan and SUV Options

For those seeking a more prestigious class, the Volkswagen Passat can be rented at 3,200 TL/day, the Škoda Superb at 3,300 TL/day, and the Toyota Camry at 3,600 TL/day. All of these sedans seat 5; the Passat and Superb are diesel automatic, while the Camry is offered with a 2.5 L hybrid engine. For business meetings or airport pickups, cars in this segment offer generous rear legroom and a quiet cabin.

On the SUV side, the Dacia Duster is listed at 2,200 TL/day with diesel manual transmission, and the Opel Mokka at 2,100 TL/day with petrol automatic transmission. Hybrid vehicles, especially in city use, consume less fuel compared to petrol engines; this creates an advantage for those who visit multiple districts during the day. Delivery Points and Coverage Area

In Rent-Trip's hourly car rental service, the vehicle is delivered to your hotel, your current address, or the airports on both sides of Istanbul. Since we have no physical office, the meeting point is entirely your location; the car is ready at the agreed time and place.

Delivery to Airports

We deliver to both airports in Istanbul: Istanbul Airport (IST, Arnavutköy) on the European side and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW, Pendik) on the Asian side. After your flight lands, you receive the car at the terminal exit; Rent-Trip has no office or desk at airports, the meeting takes place at the outside door. Transfer time from the city center to the airport varies depending on traffic: from Beşiktaş to IST takes on average 40-50 minutes, from Kadıköy to SAW takes 30-40 minutes. If your flight time is late at night, we recommend clarifying the delivery time during reservation — we work without the concept of business hours.

European and Asian sides

Vehicle delivery works the same on both sides of the metropolis: we deliver vehicles to all districts on the European side, including Şişli, Beşiktaş, Beyoğlu, Fatih, Bakırköy, Levent, Maslak, and Sarıyer; and on the Asian side, to Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ataşehir, Maltepe, Ümraniye, and Pendik. Intercontinental crossings are made via the Eurasia Tunnel or bridges, and these crossings are tolled via the HGS system. Whichever side your hotel or location is on, delivery time varies depending on location density; in outlying districts such as Esenyurt or Başakşehir, you should plan extra time during traffic hours.
